2023 Steinbach Burger Days

6th Annual Steinbach Burger Days, sponsored by SteinbachOnline!

Participating Restaurants

Smitty’s Family Restaurant – Fiesta Queso Burger

Our classic house made burger patty, with house made dressing, chorizo, queso and fresh pico de gallo, topped with a crispy onion ring and fried pickle, is sure to create a “fiesta” for your taste buds!


Sky-Hy Restaurant – The GiddyUp

Hamburger patty with whiskey barbeque sauce, on a brioche bun buttered and grilled to perfection, topped with more barbeque sauce, jalapeño cheese, a soft egg, pulled pork, and barbeque chips topped with a deep fried pickle.


Sawney Beans – Kerala Burger

A burger based on the tastes of India! We have a 6 oz pork patty made with our in-house southern Indian spice mix. This flavorful burger is topped with tomato chutney, cucumbers, pickled onions, crispy jalapeños, green chili poppadums, fried paneer, fresh cilantro and a mango coriander aioli drizzle on toasted naan rounds.

 


Santa Lucia Pizza – SLP French Onion Burger

A 1/4lb house made beef patty topped with smoked gouda cheese, French onion style marinated onions, fresh green onions, locally sourced micro greens, and slathered with a flavourful red wine aioli. Served with French onion broth for dipping or sipping, on a baked Mozza Bun (differs from shown).


R-Bistro – Chimichurri Steak Burger

This mouthwatering steak burger features our homemade chimichurri and adobo chipotle sauce with mixed greens and grilled onions, paired with a side of potato chips with Monggo chipotle seasoning.


Lecoka Café / Pita Hut – Burger e’ Maharaja

A delicious double patty beef burger, featuring our homemade patty infused with Indian spices, completed with lettuce, tomato, cheese, and savory sauce.

 


MJ’s Kafe – Double Smash Burger with Maple Bacon Jam

You’re about to enjoy the burger of your dreams. Two patties smashed and grilled, then topped with local cheddar and mozzarella cheeses and housemade aioli. The kicker to this burger is the maple bacon jam. Sweet dreams, my friends, sweet dreams.

 


Mary Brown’s – Nashville Mary

A whole Canada Grade A chicken breast, breaded in our Signature recipe, cooked golden brown, tossed in a hot honey Nashville glaze, topped with pickles, and served on a sesame seed bun with Ranch dressing.


Main Bread and Butter – Bread and Butter Brisket

Warm beef brisket with melted local Bothwell Cheese and dijon mustard, served on a toasted bun with our house made coleslaw.

 


Hespeler’s Cookhouse & Tavern (Niverville) – Ultimate Deli Stack

Introducing the Ultimate Deli Stack! This mouthwatering creation boasts layers of fresh lettuce, juicy tomato, and sweet pickles, a perfect blend of cheddar, Gouda, and Swiss cheese and piled high with savory ham, turkey, and corned beef, tangy sauerkraut and red onion slices, complementing the 8oz beef patty grilled to perfection. Served with a side of Dijon mustard and fries. Prepare yourself for an explosion of taste with every bite of this truly exceptional burger!

 


George’s Burgers & Subs – Bullseye

Our Signature Beef Patty, topped with grill fried onions and mushrooms, mozzarella cheese, bacon, mustard, two onion rings and BBQ sauce.


Doener Grill Express – Ultimate Crunch Burger 

Introducing the mouthwatering Ultimate Crunch Burger! This burger features two seasoned beef patties, melted cheese, crispy onion rings, jalapeños, lettuce, tomato, pickles, and a secret sauce, all nestled between a golden bun. It’s a symphony of flavors and textures that will leave you craving more. Get ready to embark on a burger adventure like no other!


Chinos Bistro – Holy Cow

Why just eat a burger when the tantalizing flavours are even better on a PIZZA!  This year’s creation starts with our Creator Shelly and her Beer Cheese Sauce. Close your eyes and envision our team making fresh dough daily, resting for that perfect thin crust wood fired pie.  Then fresh Beer Cheese sauce slathered atop Manitoba wheat crust, local ground beef wood fired with the right amount of ‘holy cow’ Meat Church Seasoning. Then, toss on some fresh onions, mushrooms, and a heap of Manitoba Mozzarella cheese.  Don’t forget every great burger pizza needs bacon and Chinos roasted jalapeños. Fire this pie in an oven at over 600 degrees and, when done to perfection, drizzle with our house made honey BBQ sauce and sprinkle some local Smoked Gouda Cheese to finish it off.  Totally shareable… but maybe not.  Pairs well with an ice Cold Manitoba Beer!  Wood Fired and Inspired, always at Chinos Bistro.


Chicken Chef – Pizza Burger

The Chicken Chef Pizza Burger has a fresh homemade beef chuck patty flavoured with seasonings and bacon bits, then drizzled with our signature pizza sauce and mayo. Dressed with sautéed onions and mushrooms, then topped with ham and sliced pepperoni. The mouth-watering Pizza Burger is finished off with mozzarella and parmesan cheese, which all comes together on a toasted soft bakery bun, garnished with a deep fried spicy sweet pickle.

 


Chica’s Chicken – The Hot Honey Sando

Founder and Chef Matt, created a delicious and unique in house Hot Honey sauce which is the feature taste in our new delicious Sando for Burger Days! As always our chicken is prepared and cut in house and all our spices are made in house!


Burrito Hut – El Rico Burger

Can’t describe perfection so let your senses guide you…

 


Boston Pizza – Ancho-Hero

A pure Canadian beef patty smothered in our Sweet Heat Ancho Relish made with jalapeños, banana peppers, pickles, onion & Ancho Chipotle sauce topped with melted mozzarella, crispy peppered bacon and fresh tomatoes, all on a toasted brioche bun. Includes your choice of Caeser salad, garden salad or fries.

 


The Public Brewhouse and Gallery – Cold IPA

For Steinbach Burger Days, we are brewing a Cold IPA, a newer style of beer that is fermented at lower temperatures, with a hop-forward flavour and light, crisp finish. Perfect for pairing with any of the above burgers!
